RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATION POLICY (CAMPSITES)
Reservations are encouraged and usually necessary for each weekend and holidays. Upon making a reservation you are always guaranteed a site but we do not guarantee a specific site number unless you wish to take advantage of our VIP Service ($). Ask for details.
We require a credit card guarantee with one night paid in full for all weekend reservations or any reservation that includes a weekend. For all other reservations we require a credit card guarantee or one night's deposit for every reservation. A 2 day reservation (Fri. & Sat.) is required for weekends and a 3 day reservation (Fri., Sat., Sun.) is required for holiday weekends. Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations given less than 7 days notice as well as no-shows will be charged one night's deposit fee. Sorry, no refunds or credits due to weather. The Yogi fun continues rain or shine!
There will be a cancellation Administration Fee of $20.00 charged for each cancellation.

4 CINDY PREMIUM CABINS - 12' x 24' located on a shaded site with electricity inside and water tap accessible close to cabin area, 2 queen beds, bunk beds, folding table, porch, fire ring and picnic table. Also features a tongue and groove pine wood interior, microwave, small 
fridge, coffee maker, TV/DVD combo unit with Cable TV plus outside charcoal BBQ for your convenience. Sleeps 6 persons. Located close to our washroom facilities within 2 minute walk. Premium Cabin Floor Plan
1 CINDY BEAR'S DELUXE CABINS - 12' X 28' situated close to playground with one queen bed and 4 bunk beds. This cabin is a two-room design with the bunk beds in a separate room, plus offers the convenience of a 1/2 bath washroom. All other features are the same as the Rustic Cabins. 8 DELUXE PLUS CABIN - These cabins feature a 2 room design and sleep 6. There are 2 sets of single bunk beds located in a separate bedroom and a queen bed located in the main living area. These cabins are equipped with the following amenities, microwave, full size fridge, basic dinnerware and cutlery, toaster, electric kettle, can opener, coffee maker, TV, DVD, Cable TV, A/C and heat as well as a full bathroom with shower. They also feature a table with chairs, porch, fire ring, picnic table and a charcoal BBQ for your convenience. These Deluxe Plus Cabins do not include any cooking utensils, bedding, linens or towels. 6 SUPREME COTTAGES - 1 bedroom - These cottages are fully equipped with the following amenities, full size fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, basic dinnerware and cutlery, some cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and can opener. Also included is a TV, DVD, cable TV and full bathroom with shower. This cottage sleeps 6 with one queen bed and a separate bedroom with 2 sets of single bunk beds. RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
(CABINS/COTTAGES)
Reservations are made for Friday and Saturday (2 nights) OR Sunday-Thursday (5 nights) OR 7 nights. Beginning June 1st you may reserve any 2 or more night stay during the weekdays. A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to guarantee a cabin by credit card or deposit by mail to be received within one week of making the reservation. If not received by one week the reservation will be automatically cancelled (strictly enforced).
There will be a cancellation Administration Fee of $20.00 charged for each cancellation for all rentals.
Cancellations must be received at least 30 days before arrival. Cancellations given less than 30 days notice as well as no-shows will be charged 3 night's deposit fee or 2 nights deposit fee on weekend reservations. Reservations must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. You are responsible for any damages or missing items that occur during your stay. Sorry, no refunds or credits due to weather. The Yogi fun continues rain or shine!
